We are looking for a Technical Architect in Construction (Aparejador/a) with at least 2 years of previous experience as Construction Manager or Production Manager, in retail and restaurant projects.
The ideal candidate will be familiar in bid comparisons, cost managing and purchase order’s processes, as well as possess skills in planning, contracting, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Bid comparisons for tendering and cost management of several projects.
• Coordination of new and existing restaurant projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate internal and external work teams.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of construction and constructive details.
• Familiarity with cost control software such as Presto/Cype
• At least 2 years of previous experience as Construction Manager or Production Manager in retail and restaurant projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Proficiency in English.
• Training in Facility Management or Project Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
