As we expand globally, we’re looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you’ll play a critical role in delivering outstanding digital products, including our customer-facing Honest Greens App and internal tools that make our restaurants thrive. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and our restaurant teams to identify opportunities, define features, and ensure every product we build brings meaningful value to both customers and internal users.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Conduct customer research, analyze data, and explore market trends to identify and validate opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and restaurant teams to define and ship impactful product features.
- Stay informed about restaurant technology trends and competitive dynamics, contributing to our long-term product strategy.
- Support QA processes by creating and analyzing test scenarios, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure smooth product releases.
- Proactively communicate updates, insights, and the “why” behind product decisions to key stakeholders across the business.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to digital-first, B2C & B2B products (mobile experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical mindset: you can dive into data, synthesize insights, and prioritize solutions that solve user pain points.
- Collaborative and proactive: you’re a strong communicator who thrives working across teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on ownership and outcomes.
- Passion for technology, food innovation, and building tools that create exceptional experiences.
