As a Product Manager you will work on a cutting edge, consumer-facing App and internal products, building the next generation of restaurants. Working with designers and our engineering team, you will discover and define new features to deliver on strategic targets, helping both internal and external users.
In this role you will:
- Define and win buy-in to the vision and strategy for how your product area evolves
- Utilise the right mix of customer research, market research and data to identify the most important customer needs & validate the best solutions to solve those needs
- Build and execute on an ambitious product roadmap, independently aligning leadership, partner teams and key stakeholders across the company to your teams’ plan on delivering against your goals
- Identify and surface opportunities for your product to offer industry-leading, differentiated experiences that further the company’s commitment to building healthy relationships
- Collaborate closely with our restaurant teams to align roadmaps and ensure we are adding as much value as possible to the both the internal teams and our users
- Stay up to date with developments in restauration, technology and our competitive space, and contribute to the continual evolution of our product strategy
- Proactively communicate with your peers in product and other stakeholders across the business - whether it’s a change to the roadmap, a new idea or the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ Executing and preparing test cases and test scenarios
- Documenting and analyzing test results
- Submitting corresponding defects for developers
- Reporting and investigating issues/bugs found
What you need to be successful:
- A proven record of building exceptional products that meaningfully solve the most important problems felt by customers, whilst achieving key business goals
- 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a digital-first B2C product, ideally mobile based
- 1+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience with performing and supervising functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing
- Experience providing training and support to quality teams/colleagues on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes based on Quality Assurance
- Understanding of the Scrum/Agile methodology
- Excellent interpersonal skills including team working, analytical thinking, problem-solving
- Self-organization skills, the ability to make your own decisions, and take ownership of developed solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevTools (or similar)
- Experience with tools supporting API testing (Postman, Fiddler)
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
