As our Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll own the engine that powers our growth: lead generation. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize all the processes that help us attract the right prospects and feed a high-quality pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to learn and grow at the center of a B2B growth machine.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute lead generation processes: from sourcing to enrichment to routing.
  • Build and manage our outbound prospecting systems (tools, templates, databases).
  • Research and segment target accounts in Spain, the UK, and France.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to turn campaigns into leads and track conversion.
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) to support visibility and automation.
  • Build reporting dashboards that help track lead KPIs, funnel health, and sales productivity.
  • Support the sales team with playbooks, sequences, tools and content to accelerate outreach.
  • Constantly improve and test new lead sources, channels, and workflows.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales support, revenue ops, or marketing ops role.
  • Strong interest in B2B lead generation, sales systems, and growth tactics.
  • Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset — you like testing, measuring, and optimizing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you get things done.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
