At honest greens, we are building the healthiest and most seamless customer B2B food experience in the market. This is a game changer and we are looking for a motivated Growth Manager to help us expand and achieve new heights.
You will:
- Run all aspects of the Account Management process. Identify growth initiatives and design, coordinate and execute plans and actions with the objective of growing the overall production of the partnership and ensuring its long term success.
- Channel all partners' feedback to adequate our selling and activation strategy.
- Drive partnerships discussions and coordinate requirements externally with the partner and internally with the hg team, including the development of new processes (operations), features and product (engineering), communications (marketing) and bill collection (accounting).
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop new ways to increase Honest Greens’ awareness and to both evolve and improve our partners’ performance.
- Assemble and manage partners’ assets to ensure an excellent internal communication on site (physical posters, digital campaigns, branding, events…).
- Think outside of the box and execute new ideas, processes, and opportunities that exceed customer expectations and make for a best-in-class experience.
This is you:
- Business or marketing degree or related professional qualification.
- 3 years of B2B Sales and Marketing experience under your belt.
- Experience in maintaining and growing profitable long-term collaborations.
- Negotiation, commercial and marketing skills are a must.
- Extraordinary digital expertise. Experience with app development is a plus.
- Have a growth and entrepreneurial mentality, always thinking outside the box.
- Familiarity with the Spanish companies/startups market. Having an existing HR/office management network is a plus.
- Desirable knowledge in data analysis tools (AWS quicksight).
- Independent, autonomous, hands-on and results-driven.
- Strong analytical mindset to deliver effective & pragmatic solutions.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Available to travel over 25% of the time.
