Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Construction Technician to join our construction department. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the sector and be willing to develop more advanced skills under the supervision of their superior.
Responsibilities:
· Review on-site installations, ensuring their proper installation and functionality.
· Conduct tests and quality controls on installations.
· Monitor execution times and project delivery deadlines.
· Ensure compliance with current regulations at each project phase.
· Support administrative tasks related to construction management.
· Assist their superior in supervising work teams and subcontractors.
· Collaborate in task planning and scheduling.
· Manage basic technical documentation (reports, plans, technical reports).
· Supervise the proper use of equipment and tools on-site.
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of different construction installations.
· Proficiency in inspection and measurement tools.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Knowledge of material quality control.
· Familiarity with construction safety and health regulations.
· Basic proficiency in design and planning software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit optional).
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate with work teams and other industry professionals.
· Availability to travel within and outside Spain.
Skills & competencies:
· Technical training in Construction, Building Projects, Construction Works, or similar.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
