Responsibilities:
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all Area Managers, ensuring alignment with Honest Greens’ values, standards, and strategic objectives.
- Optimize restaurant performance, ensuring efficiency in service, kitchen operations, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Drive cost control strategies, analyzing P&L statements and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Leadership and Team Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all Area Managers, providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Conduct regular meetings to analyze results and set objectives and company culture.
- Ensure teams are well-trained and aligned with the company’s values and high-performance culture.
- Identify high-potential talent, supporting their career growth within Honest Greens.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure outstanding customer service and consistency across all locations.
- Implement and uphold Honest Greens’ hospitality philosophy and brand identity.
- Monitor customer feedback and take proactive measures to continuously improve the guest experience.
Financial & Performance Management
- Analyze KPIs, sales trends, and operational performance to drive improvements.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations teams to meet budget goals.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory and cost control processes.
Reporting and Communication
- Report to the general or regional management on the performance and needs of the restaurants.
- Share relevant results and data with other departments, such as marketing, operations, or human resources.
